At RR Kart, we want you to have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- The product must be in its original packaging
- A valid unboxing video is mandatory
- You must provide proof of purchase (order ID/receipt)

⚠️ Return Shipping Fee:
A fixed fee of ₹100 will be charged and must be paid by the customer.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Personal care products
- Used or damaged items (not due to transit)
- Products without original packaging
- Requests without a proper unboxing video
Exchanges
Exchanges are only allowed if:
- You received a wrong product, or
- The item is damaged during delivery
📌 Requirements:
- Unboxing video is compulsory
- Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
Exchanges are not allowed for:
- Size issues
- Change of mind
- Preference-based reasons
Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- You will be notified about approval or rejection
- If approved, the refund will be processed
💳 Refund method:
- Online payments → Original payment method
- COD orders → Bank transfer
⏱️ Refund Timeline:
- Processed within 8–10 business days
- Bank processing time may vary
