Return & Refund Policy

At RR Kart, we want you to have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


Returns

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • The product must be in its original packaging
  • A valid unboxing video is mandatory
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order ID/receipt)

⚠️ Return Shipping Fee:
A fixed fee of ₹100 will be charged and must be paid by the customer.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Personal care products
  • Used or damaged items (not due to transit)
  • Products without original packaging
  • Requests without a proper unboxing video

Exchanges

Exchanges are only allowed if:

  • You received a wrong product, or
  • The item is damaged during delivery

📌 Requirements:

  • Unboxing video is compulsory
  • Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

Exchanges are not allowed for:

  • Size issues
  • Change of mind
  • Preference-based reasons

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You will be notified about approval or rejection
  • If approved, the refund will be processed

💳 Refund method:

  • Online payments → Original payment method
  • COD orders → Bank transfer

⏱️ Refund Timeline:

  • Processed within 8–10 business days
  • Bank processing time may vary
