Shipping Coverage
- We currently ship across India only
- International shipping is not available at this time
Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days
- Orders are processed during business hours (10 AM – 6 PM)
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day
Delivery Time
- Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days after dispatch
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier availability
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above ₹500
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout

Courier selection depends on your location and availability.
Order Tracking
- Tracking details will be shared via Email and SMS after dispatch
- You can also track your order through our tracking page
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available on eligible orders
- COD orders may require verification via phone call or WhatsApp before dispatch
- Orders will be shipped only after successful verification
Delays & Exceptions
While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:
- High order volume
- Weather conditions
- Courier partner issues
- Remote or hard-to-reach locations
RR Kart is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.
